During 20-27 of September 2009, The International Association of Penal Law will organize at Istambul, Turkey, the XVIII-th International Congress of Penal Law regarding The Principal Challenges posed by the globalization of criminal justice.
For the 4-th section, the Faculty of Law – ,,Nicolae Titulescu” University – participated by Prof.dr.Ion Neagu (the 3-rd Section, Croatia, november 2008) and by Lecturer Mircea Damaschin ( the 3-rd Section, Croatia, november 2009 and 4-th Section, China, september 2007).
