Abstract:
The publication in the Official Gazette of the Government’s Emergency Ordinance number 37 from 22 of April 2009 concerning certain measures of improving the activity of the public administration gave us the opportunity of initiating this step through which we tried to present the main substance modifications brought to the public administration and their impact on the public function.”In the first section of the study will present meanings concept of public service and regulation deconcentrat in English law from the basic law of the State Constitution of Romania.In the second section of the study will present the main changes the activity of public administration, starting with the presentation structure Ordinance number 37 from 22 of April 2009 and continuing to treat more of the main changes of public administration.
